O.K. it seems to be a quite ordinary "budget-website", But Sorry that website is far away from a pricetag of $1300 dollars! O.K. it´s a quite good looking website but it´s far away from the same quality as alot of the HQ Premium templates you´ll find at "Template Monster" or "BoxedArt Templates", Tanya, I don´t wana be rude and I don´t wana make you sad, But face reality and stop compare that kind of budget websites with other more HQ Premium templates! Anyhow, Thanks for shareing...

Pitten, i couldn't give a rats ass about what you have to say :)
One can price his or her designs and work as they wish, I could price it at 15,000$ does not mean you have to use it buy it or download it :P
