Hacked?

Hello,

One of my site has recently hacked and katz staffs has banned the site as the visit of them was in the hooked time. Although i have fixed the things up and emailed. But i m just unknown about one thing, will it get unbanned? Or my site is permanently banned?

Please let me know, as i saw most of the time, in permanent bans katz staffs usually dont reply to mail.

Usually, if the site is permanently banned, it's either explicitly said so on the blacklist (http://katz.ws/blacklist.php) or via any email correspondence.
