Restart Windows without restarting the Computer

When you click on the SHUTDOWN button, make sure to simultaneous press SHIFT Button. If you hold the Shift key down while clicking on SHUTDOWN button, you computer would restart without restarting the Computer. This is equivalent to term "HOT REBOOT".:D:))

umm where do i find the SHUTDOWN button?
i got only Turn Off, Stand By, Restart

and Turn Off didn't work

<_< known about this since xp came out, personally i dont use it as your forcing the reboot to be quicker so if you've installed/uninstalled something chances your doing more harm than good!
