Help! How to get uploaders

Hi

I run a warez site. its been a difficult time as i have just 1 or 2 dedicated uploaders who upload with my sites name as pass.

i need to know how do i get more uploaders who can upload bigger files for etc etc with a a shortcut of my site in the folder.

I AM IN KATZ SO I SUBMIT DOWNLOADS DAILY. THIS IS GOOD AS YOU CAN GET MANY HITS FOR YOUR RS FILES

please if you are an experienced webmaster please help me and give me advice.

i really would appreciate any advice from anyone. please i really need this. i want to make my site best possible

Uploaders and dedicated members won't come overnight.
In fact, it can take maybe a year or so. ;)

You must ask uploder that questions. What they really want...
I'm uploder and I don't like the idea putting forum name as raw password. I don't like to be own by 1 forums. Anyway it's not the effective way to attract people to joint your site.

What matter for us is the point. Some warez forums don't allow posting with other forums name even for the password. It's will effect us as the uploder..

Just a suggestion. Why don't you ask the uploder to put a web link in their upload file? I think all the uploder will agree with that. Well at least I do.. The have nothing to lose. Pluss... I fine that very helpful to get new member if you can make that link as a referral link. It's all about karma.

And always respect your uploder/link poster.

Edit: I review your forums.. I see the katz.cd button is there. Take advantage of that if your forums are already been white listed. Promise the uploder a summision to katz download.. No one will turn you down for sure.

2 words my friend, Dedicated Server

That's what my friend does. He has 2 dedicated servers. He uses 1 of them to download the files to the server, rename them & add password, then he uploads them to rapidshare.
The other one he uses to host all his websites.

Dedicated Servers are expensive though but if you know how to monetize a large sum of traffic you will be making allot of money off of warez sites =)

exiles, the submission to Katz is one of the best suggestions. By this an uploader is encourages as his files gets a lot of hits through katz :D.

One more thing that adding password or file name edits as the forum name is the worst advertising technique. You can isntead ask your uploader to put your forum's NFO or webpage link with the download content.

I for one hate passwords if anything they turn me away from a program, I would prefer to find another one then use the password file
