Bigger message box ?

I know it's been suggested before but could we more capacity for our message boxes ? Not every request gets settled publicly, some take a little more time and effort. If some of these more involved threads have to be settled out in the open because of a stuffed message box then an element of hijacking creeps in and focus can easily get lost. Even a small increase would be we welcome.

Ii got the text :)f they do that it would have to be for every member, and that would just take up more space. Why not just take it to MSN or email?
