The flashing text needs to go. It makes reading anything hard after a while. And if you intend to upload single files, consider using Megaupload, as it has a 1gb file limit, for both upload and for free users to d/l, and its much faster than adrive, bitroad, sharedziller, etc. Also a black background and light writing hurts my eyes, and leaves the words burned onto them after prolonged reading. You should make your background a similar colour to the katz background (grey) , as its easier on the eyes. If you sort out those things, and a few other presentational issues, it could be a decent site.
