I see some "searching" problems and few hours ago, there weren't any new downloads since 22th. Now I can see that new submissions have started to be listed. However, I submitted almost 20 links two/three days ago and there haven't been listed yet. My site also isn't in blacklist. So is there any problem?

It can be one of several reasons why your sites submissions were not listed. Since i don't take care of submissions, i can't give you an exact reason.
