1.) shoudnt it be made mandatory for the person asking help to mention the cause in the title only......its so painful to see some1 saying "help me please" or ....."i need help fast"......:p
2.) how abt adding an option so that the creator can close the topic when he gets the solution.....so that users get to kno which are already solved.....nd other users can have a luk at them to find solution??
