downloads submit problems

I try to submit few downloads, but i get a message "Your submissions were rejected, because:

• The domain isreal-ddl************ has been blacklisted, and the reason for this can be found here"

the prob is that when i check whether im been banned, i check but i don't
in the list.

the site that has been banned is 110mb.com , this is a free host, but it isn't my site.

please need help.

i host my site on this server, it's don't have pop-up banner or things like that.
im on sub-domain.

i know it's not your site. we're not too fond of free hosting services because they're often abused by scammers.

so can i be in any way remove from the banned websites?..

Buy some cheap off-shore hosting, and a domain. Looks a little more professional + less likely it will go down as quickly.

do katz submit warez sites hosted on 110mb.com, but with their own domain name, not subdomain of 110mb.com?

If you use your own domain on free hosting, that's acceptable.
