how to submit katz.cd (please help)

How can i submit my downloads to katz.cd :| any1 knowz ere?

What is the white list??? if i wanna submit my download posts.. must i have a site?.. mmh i dnt have any website.. m n normal katzforums uploader (Applications)

just wanna submit to katz.cd (http://katz.cd/submit.php)

but katz.cd sayed

when i clicked "here" link

and it say again
katzforums.com is not banned.
plz help me to submit urls

You can't post threats on katz.cd LMAO :D They choose the threats from another warez forums and then they post it on katz.cd.

Maybe it's not like this but if i'm wrong, please correct me..

Huh? :S Who said that? Its the forum admins/webmaster who get their site registered with katz and then manually submit their download links to KatzD. The katz staff doesn't collect links from forums. They just check and accept the submission.
