Katz accounts

Well it's been 2 weeks since am here and there are a few things that I would like to ask:-
1. What are the various membership levels of katzforum? I mean I would like to know what is the organigram being used...
2. How to attain each of them (I understand that to attain katz active member u need 100 + posts)...and for the rest??

Apologies if my answers lay somewhere in this site but I have been unable to find them...
