How often KATZ re-rate a site

How often does atz re-rate the site.....

wheather the webmaster has to request or the katz does by itself....

If so how often a webmaster can ask for re-rating...

I think so u didnt read katz rules and best practices properly

you have to contact Katz for a re-rate and from memory you need to wait 4 or 5 weeks (not to sure on this) before you can ask again

I think they re-rate sites while listing the submitted downloads(Provided they have free time).

On what criteria does katz go for re-rating wheather the no of submitted download increses or when a website changes its looks....

It would be better if there is clear explanation of re-rating system in katz

not to sure on that one i don't think it goes on how much is submitted, but it would be i think on how site looks

We base our rating on the looks, feels and maturity of a site, also the submissions record with us, ban record, warns...etc

We try to look at every possible angle we rate, the cleaner your site is (in all angles), the better rating you get.

Like el_jentel1 says make your site neat and tidy and looking great you will then get a good rating.

Initially i had seperate skin for main forum and guest downloads

2 weaks before i mailed katz for re-rating since i changed the skin of guest downloads which i usually submit...

katz replied with no change and said to ask after 3 month....

ok...my doubt is, I have gone for a new skin for my entire site which looks good to me

Now can i ask for re-rating or not.....

You're making me repeat the same post over and over, as I said, when we rate a site, we don't only focus on one thing, for example, you can have the best template in the world, I mean hot damn good, but thats still not the only thing we look for.

The rating of your site is also affected by how intoxicated the staff member is at the time of rating.

On a serious note, most of the time, you will have to contact us.
Unless your site has improved a lot, do not expect it to be rated higher.
