Its been over 9 days but I am not getting any reply to my email. I was blacklisted a couple of weeks back so I wrote to them regarding this issue. So I hope any of the staff sees this thread and actually reply's to my email.

Average time is 2 weeks. if you don't get a reply within 2 weeks, email us again and be patient.

I can understand but the blacklist page clearly states that it takes upto a week for a reply.

Clearly states "Please allow up to a week for a reply and do not email more than once, otherwise your site WILL be banned for an additional week."

Anyways, I have got a reply from them.

Can any network admins please reply here? My host is saying that Katz is using a different IP to index pages as they have already added the IP (that you get from ping) to their firewall. I am not getting any help from the email, Katz say that they will contact their network admin and reach to me within a couple of hours. Its been days....

I got a reply within 5 days. So all I can say is, email them again. Their blacklist page says wait for 7 days before emailing again. If it has been over 7 days, I suggest that you email them again since I have a feeling that they missed your email.

You received an reply from us 4 days ago and you emailed us 2 days ago.

Everytime you email us, you need to (unfortunately) wait up to 7 days for a reply.

That system is actually really bad :( It is taking me around a month to get through this process :S

I guess posting a thread here delays everything.
I've been banned once, and had a query earlier (not banned though). Both were replied within 5 days, which I consider to be VERY efficient considering the number of emails/sites Katz has to deal with daily!
