Happy Halloween to all of my dear friends here on katz. Remember please if you are going to a party do not drive.

If you drink it is ok take a taxi or go with a friend designated to drive so no one will get hurt please.

Why can't you drink and drive, apart from the fact that it disturbs your brain cells? Are there extra police on the roads?

I live in the country and last halloween the nearest village had two garda checkpoints, one at each end of the village, Taxis made a killing.
