Use of http://anonym.to/? url in Katz submissions

hi admins pls clear my doubt. can i use http://anonym.to (http://%3Ci%3Eanonym.to%3C/i%3E)/?rapidshare.com urls. this will help long life of the links. on the submission rules found that usage of link redirection services containing ads are not allowed. so can i use http://anonym.to (http://%3Ci%3Eanonym.to%3C/i%3E)/? ,because it does not contain any ads. can i use similar services that dont have any ads on it. will it cause a decrease in the katz star rating for my site.

im sure the rules state no redirection so i take that as only being able to show the actual links. the only redirection i think that is allowed is for live forum links and using the internal anonymizer,

Anonym.to is not allowed.
Contrary to popular belief, it won't enhance the life of the link(s) at all.
