I just acquired this website (http://smartwarez.org), and even though it was a headache during the transition, I believe things are slowly picking up.

A lot of the staff has left, but I'm working that all out now.

My goal in the worldwide warez community is to continue in the eternal peace and recognition between eachother.

Please rate my website.

I am also looking for dedicated and devoted moderators since I am short. If you wish to become a moderator on SWO, please list any and all sources you have (membership on other websites) and your positions.

Thank you. I did setup the site on my dedicated server myself, but the current SWO3 design is actually made by a former admin, Drubei.

I'm working on my very own custom skin, SWO Rebel :) I will post when it is complete and ready for review.

I feel I should apologise to you for the way things turned out for you, I know it wasn't your fault. We all just felt hurt and betrayed. SWO deserves to be 5* site and I hope you can get that and the STAFF to keep it that way. As was said there communication and trust is the key to that and that's what we always did.

Anyone looking for a great forum to be on, you can't do much better as STAFF or just a member then SWO.

I'm sorry for any misunderstandings between us and wish SWO and you a bright future.

I like the one by Drubei. He's an awesome designer :D. Your's is good except for the background. It would be better if you have a fixed image ;).

Is there also such a thing as overdesigned?

I find the forum very cool but id keep a good focus on the sections.
It's not really popping out in my view. The images takes to much focus out of the content.

I would make the font size larger and keep the post icons basic.

The image that KaiTrac suggested changing is a little bland. Overall it just needs a slightly brighter feel. Buttons, box sizes etc are fine but the background colour needs lightening.

Have you guys checked out the skin I designed? It's much lighter, fonts are larger along with wide fluid tables as well.

In my opinion the first theme is better. but your custom theme is a good choice for members who don't like the default theme
