Advertising and a re-rating

I want to know if it is allowed by the "Katz Staff Team" to have adbrite adds in the shape of " BritPic" Because there is nothing said about that in the rules.

Also it would be great to have a rerating again.

I have readed the rules several times, so what is your conclusion now?

Btw: about the add thing: I have not yet installed that britpic yet, so I would realy appreciate your opinion about that.
