This is the same pack of windows blinds skins from the black XP v19 bonus disc. Contains 300 different skins:

Download, unrar and just run the installation file. Please note that this is some kind of silent installer so no installation dialog box appears, but will be added in the processes. You can see the setup running in the processes(Ctrl+alt+del --> process)
You need nearly 2GB of empty space on your default installation drive.

Thanks for the share. I downloaded and yes 300 individual folders with stacks of files in em appeared in the window blinds folder but here's a question, I ain't got a clue how to use em :unsure:.
