Katz Downloads mishap

Had a little (actually huge) mishap over at Katz Downloads. Unfortunately, we'd had to revert to our backups, from 7th and 11th of January, 2009.

We're restoring the site, so bare with us and our apologies for the lost submissions, ban statuses, etc. Even the WCP is gone. :o (and I haven't got a backup of it. lol)

Coincidently happened immediately after KF was restored (which got hacked... kinda repeatedly). Katz Forums is now on a new server with a fresh installation of vBulletin.

Because the data centre (retards!) fucked the server up (don't wish to go into details)... and they hadn't made backups.

I did, still getting: (in IE)

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage, And Same in Firefox.
Just did a clean Reinstall of my pc, so cache aint the problem :P

Also i cleared it to be shure



P.S. I live in the netherlands,, mayby that has something to do with it?

Katz Downloads is working, DNS will take up-to 48 hours to update for everyone, usually its a lot sooner than that.

Problem is, colonel, Katz is a full-time job and so is university. atm, I'm only able to devote 50% to each, which isn't really working out... (especially when shit like this happens). All I'm looking to do is pass... 90% of my skills are self-taught and have prolly learned under 10% at university. When you look back, I guess it makes sense... (A piece of paper which separates you from the common man.)

Well done Cobra & staff for getting Katcd back up and running ,our 2 sites lost a good few downloads on Katzcd not to worry will post more downloads on Katcd , the main thing is katzcd is kk, all the best with university Cobra m8.
