i know they submit 2 times a day but is there an "about xpm/am time" estimate?

No there's not. And we don't update two times a day, even though we try to. Currently it's not unusual for the site to go up to 24 hours without an update. <_< Generally we like to update every 8-12 hours. There are no set times, when a staff member logs on.

since my domain change my submissions arent submitting :(
