i've become bored, anyone could recommend me some good asian movies to watch; preferably korean or taiwanese.

Some good movies have mentioned, but I'd like to add 'Infernal Affairs' to the list. (The whole trilogy, but especially the first movie. The first is one of my all time favourites and is what 'The Departed' was a remake of.)

Definitely check those out!!!!!

yeah infernal affairs blew me away when i first saw it, it really annoys me none of my mates will watch films with subtitles, Asian cinema just has an atmosphere that most of the western stuff can't even compare to.


plus as said Oldboy is a class Korean film, the Vengeance trilogy is great

and just to mix it up a bit how about something a bit old school; The Big Boss starring Bruce Lee, it's totally dated and cheesy now but I love it

Oldboy is indeed an awesome film.
The Big Boss =) I haven't watched that in years. Am now going to search for my dvd and pop that in, lol.
