My New Site got Banned

Why My Site got banned??

I checked Today In Katz Banned List So I found this reason
All submissions show:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_RETURN, etc...

But For Me & Everyone Able To See Guest Section Without Get Any Error.
So Why U Banned it???
Plz Someone Look and Fix this Problem. Bcoz It will Effect Site Rating.

I have Mailed to Katz Staff Also.
Let See When I get Reply.
