So today I'm driving in my car (Fully loaded Chrysler 300M). I'm driving in the right lane behind this truck. As I pass him he decides to merge into my lane, I imediatly swerv away and hit the curb on the other side. Alast it was no good, the fucker scraped his fricken jacked F150 down the rear quarter panel of my fucking car.

I got all his info and everything and I got the quote, damages are $2500, I can't fucking believe it. But the quarter panel is dinted and scraped so I guess it is a fair estimate, I did get a second opinion which was actually 2,800 so I decided to go with the $2,500.

I talked to the guy again and he doesn't want to go through insurance, so he is just going to write me a cheque....

So I guess it all worked out good in the end... But fuck, open yer fucking eyes! Now I will have to have my car in at a bodyshop someday so I wont be able to drive nowhere which affects my bussiness and thats not fucking cool!

Thank you Cuzabis. I really appreciate a thread devoted to ranting. I used to own and operate rantforum.com and net, but no longer. So this is a great opportunity for me to blow of some steam. Here goes:

Craftsmen had removed my balcony (which is directly above my office) because i need a new one, and they had chopped over electrical wires. This happend a few times. Also they hadnt put a cover over it, so it poured down with water and ruined my phone and the walls in my office.

They have digged the most of the garden up because a water pipe had leaked. This did it got very moist and I got fungus in my bedroom and living room.

Afterwards they made a hole in my living room for an extra window (which i ordered) and they covered my items up really badly, so there was white dust all over the place. I had to trow out a whole lot of things and my Natuzzi couches needs somewhat of a kind touch.

Afterwards I was without power for a week, so all the food in the freezer and refrigiator I had to trow out. Try fumbling blindly after things 5:30 in the morning because its pitch black and youre bound to get slightly irretated.

I had a huge pain in my back for about a week so I could hardly go upright, meanwhile I should move things so the crafts-people couldnt destroy any more property.

By law they have to have a place to go to the bathroom. So each day I get home from work theres a huge pile of mud from my entrance to the bathroom and the towel is soaking wet.

My bedroom they have cut hole in the walls several places (because of the water that penetrated the walls while the pipes was leaking water) so its bloody filthy in there as well. And they moved a cabinet, and of course while doing so, ruined that.

After all this I fish after some sympathy, I tell my boss about it (you know like telling a funny story, but still wanting some feedback). Then my colleague pulls me away and tells me that his dad just died the day before. Talk about bad timing.

Now my back is hurting again so I can't sleep properly.

The above is just the short version, in reality its much worse.

On a positiv note, I won 200 bucks on poker night with the chaps. :))
