I have been getting bad results lately... My isp is having troubles they are getting PHONE-TV and updating all to fibre optics... so my poor 10MBit connection is only:

but that don't seem right, because I still upload at 70-80kb/sec (kiloBYTES) so wouldnt that be more like 700->800kbps (kiloBITS)?
and my upload is usualy around 1MB/sec from rapidshare, and i can get 2MB sometimes on torrents and FTP's :)
