adverts code problems???

just wondering if anyone with coding experince can help me.... i have a site www.********.com (http://*********.com) and it contains adbrite adds on it (simple)

but sites like www.plube.com (http://www.plube.com) have popups that are opened automatically when you copy some text or double click anywhere on the screen, how is this done...

or www.megaupload.com (http://www.megaupload.com) when clicking download after waiting the time, upon the click both the download and an add opens, how is this done???
