HAHA, so it's all finally over, everything is transfered to my name. I paid her off, and dropped the shit she stole from me! I wasn't too happy about dropping what she took, but I didn't want this in the courts and how do I prove that she took what she did?
ANYWAYS, here is my commercial... (in non book form ;))
Mortgage Transfer of Ownership = $1000
ReMortgage Home and Expenses (so everything is in one bill, car, house, whatever) = $3600
Early Buy Out Penalty for Mortgage (because remortgage required paying it off) = $1600
Paying the bitches share of the house = $25,000
Home Mortgage Value (excluding the car and other expenses I rolled into it) = $103,657
Paying off the bitches truck = $32,000 (because it was in my name! She is supposedly going to repay me part of this, but more like $10,000, because she is all like "BUT YOU BOUGHT THAT TRUCK FOR ME" even though we arent together anymore)
Paying off outstanding Credit Cards and Utilities = $7500 (I put everything on credit card and make double-minimum payments to boost credit.... This is how I get approved for $200,000 in 5 minutes ;))
Paying off and Equity Loan she wanted so we could build a new fence and redo the yard = $25,000
Early Buy Out for that = $10,000 (thats fucking insane, Wels Fargo are ripoff's, like come on, my early buyout on my house was less!)
Paying off my car loan (this is included in my remortgage) = $19,000 (including penalties)
Refurnishing my empty home because my couch is umm hurting and was free LOL = $4500
Buying new dishes and cookware = $1000
1/2 Oz of Blow to show Amie her boyfriend is a Co-Co-Nut! (Coke Head) = $1400
An Assault charge against me for something I never did, I would never hit a women, it was an accident I was waiving my hands while talking and nocked a spray can towards her, didnt even hit her hard = $600 fine
Paid her insurance on her truck for 3 months = $400 (this was just before we broke up BITCH)
Misc Legal Fees = $3800
"Shit" she took = $15,000 CASH and $1000 worth of my personal!
BEING RID OF THE BITCH AND HAVING A HOUSE TO MYSELF = PRICELESS
Ohh and I shot $2500 worth of a My Little Pony Collection with a fully automatic weapon HAR HAR HAR
Today cost me around $230,000, and you know what? I couldn't feel better :) It's all over! But fuck, I never added it up before thats insane!
