Blacklist

Hi there,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, so please move it if it's inapropriate.

My site has been listed in the submitter blacklist for using tinyurl. I have however changed all my links (around 100 links) to full and have contacted katz a couple of months ago, twice (respecting the 10 day wait). But I still haven't received a response and my site is still in the blacklist.

Could you please advice on what to do to have my site removed from the blacklist please?
