dvd encodeing and stuff

what programs are in your kit for making dvds and stuff like that. (i just realised it takes nero 4 hours to make a dvd from a avi :O.

I use WinAVI Video Converter to make the dvd structure from an avi file. Very simple program to use and works well. I then use Nero to burn.
