Rate my site

Ive seen a lot of "rate my site" topics lately so I figured it couldnt hurt to get some (constructive) critique.

Especially suggestions on how to improve the site for the users will be much appriciated.

What's with the skin? It's trying to look like Plesk... Find a new skin, ick lol...
Get rid of the "child forums" lists under the forums that have tons of "child forums", or find a way to condense them, they look like shi*.
I'd make the "Arcade chatter" forum a "child forum" of General Chat rather than it's own forum.
The ads are reasonable, I'd get rid of the ones between the first and other posts in a thread, as well as the one on the footer, but keep the tower on the side, it's not distracting and is presented pleasantly.
What's unique about your forum? Come up with a unique feature to draw in more users, something that's handy and helpful.Overall, I'd say a 3*, possibly 2* depending on the mood of whoever is rating it *cough*. Make those changes and you should be good :)

Actually I just added the child forums to make it easier for people to navigate. Im willing to sacrifice looks for better navigation.
