Hay i just Submit only 10 Downloads when i try to submit next page i got massage.

"There are already a total of 40 submissions from your site in the queue. Each site is allowed to submit a maximum of 40 downloads per day. Please try again 24 hours from now."

the others might not of gone through yet, it does take the admins time to get this all done with so many sites submitting, so just be patience

You can only submit a maximum of 40 downloads per:

(a) 24 Hours
and/or
(b) (If over 24 hours) Per submission round

i know maximum of 40 downloads i can submit but i am submitting downloads after 2 days but still got this massege :S

What you need to do is Email Katz (http://katz.cd/faq.php#Contact) and tell them about the problem. The email will go right to a Katz Admin rather than members here.

He said it's been 2 days, last time it was 2 days for me it turned to 4 before I sent an email to katz and they fixed whatever the problem was...

Downloads are limited by IP, not by site :) As you are submitting downloads for multiple sites from same ip, thats why you are not being able to submit more then 40 in TOTAL :)
