I have a question from Katz.cd staff. I want to know that if i want to use a warezscene like guest msg in the header along with the 720*90 Advertisement banner. Can i use it and avoid getting banned for this.

It depends.
Large advertisements, Spam/Excessive advertisements, or advertisements that cause pop-ups/unders will result in your site getting banned.

If its for a simple horizontal banner, i don't see an issue with it.
