it only show the first post of any topic and hide the remaining posts

I don't see why you would want to do that... And no, I don't believe it's banned... It's your forum, you can put whatever "hacks" you want on it.

You mean using the HIDE HACK for 2nd posts onwards so that guests are only able to see the main download post?

Yea thats fine 'cause Katz only prohibits using of HIDE HACK for the main download post :).

As long as the download post (with the links and information) are visible without any action required, it's fine.

If your second post doesn't contain anything useful to the guest, this hack would be useless? All related info should be visible to guests..
