Advertising on a warez site...

In the submission part of katz it shows Adbrite as a way to advertise on your site. When you register with them they ask for a social security number, which is understandable in terms of taxes and all. But isn't this a bit risky? You are advertising on a warez site after all. I was just wondering.

nah i wouldnt consider it as risky. they need it for tax purposes

AdBrite is actually warez-site-friendly because the owner of AdBrite was somewhat into the scene himself back in the day. ;)
