Submit Downloads

hi guys.. i am admin of allulook4 , first at all tnx for all works that dear katz staff do...
i have a little problem... when i submit my 10 last downloads i get this:
A total of 10 submissions have been successfully received from your site, AllULook4.

Note: 0 (of a total of 10) submissions weren't accepted because the maximum limit of 40 downloads per day has now been reached.

does it means that 10 last werent accepted or what.. sry for bothering you .

All 10 that you submitted in that one page were accepted but you've already reached your max of 40 per cycle, which is usually around 24 hours.

Second person to report this. I'll have a look at the code when I find the time.

Since I don't submit downloads myself, I don't get to fully test my code.
