Diablo 2 + { Diablo II: Lord of Destruction expansion pack } + Latest patch with instructions on No CD - Dextros
Please find here Diablo 2 + Lord of Destruction Expansion. This also includes the 1.12 patch that when install following the instructions in the readme will allow you to play without a CD.
I have tested this on many machines. This works on TCP/IP connections over the net, but not Battle.net.

The game was conceptualized and designed by David Brevik and Erich Schaefer, with Blizzard North founders David Brevik, Max and Erich Schaefer acting as Project Leads for the other disciplines (Engineering, Character Art and Environment Art, respectively). The main production roles were handled by Matthew Householder and Bill Roper.
