Need help with site

I am needing help getting members, mods and content to site most of the stucture is there but I don't know what to do on the warez section so I don't have it up yet, anyone willing to help setup and be active would be rewarded by having the latest games, game mods, patches etc.

done I only have 4 months to get it going, at that time it will have been up for a yr and still no members
