rapidshare upload problems

am i the only one that is haveing rapidshare upload problems. every time that i try to upload to rapid share it gets about ten percent done and then my whole system stalls until i exit the browser or close the program

yup got that problem too, then it says something about the connection to the server was reset while the page was loading right?
