My Site Has Been Raised To 3 Stars But Still They Are showing 2 stars in katz why ???

Who says your site was made a 3*? If it was an admin, then EMAIL KATZ (http://katz.cd/faq.php#Contact) to find out why your site rating wasn't raised. If it's a 3*, it will appear as a 3*, if it's a 2*, it'll appear like a 2*. Simple as that.

I had the same at Wjunction, got reviewed and got a 3* but El_jentel1 said that I didn't submitted to Katz so the review was unnecessary (although I do submit alot to katz)
I PMed El_jentel1 about it and got no reply but I understand he's too busy and has a private life too
