Google Adsense + Warez = ?

hey does anyone know if I can put Google Adsense on a warez site that just links to files hosted on rapidshare? I dont host the files on my server, I just index the links.

I've asked at the official Google boards but people don't reply there(the forums are dead or something).

you can, but when they notice you do warez linking they ban your account and you loose the money you have made,

use adbrite they pay for warez sites too.
