How about a "thanks" button.....

Everytime someone "thanks" you for a post or submission, you would get reputation points, that could aid in determining rankings.

yeah gotta admit been on other vb boards with this in they still post replies even with a message above post asking to use the thanks button

Well that would be cool to have, and how hard is it to maintain a thanks button, whether 1% of them use it or not it would still be a good idea. The whole point of a site is to do stuff to draw people to the site, to make them want to stay here, so we think "what do people want the most on a form website" "RESPECT", Respect is what will draw people to this site, them knowing that is they work hard on this site than they will be respected. So I think that Katz need's to come up with something that will show respect to the members that earn it, like the "THANKS" button, or even a small graphic that they can put is there sig, I mean anything would be cool, but Katz need's to do something.....
