Well dudes thanks to Warlock and Xoilogy (i think thats how you spell it) i made a new sig these dudes gave me some pointers and here is the result below so thanks dudes hope u like what i made ;)

Its nice but increase opacity add some Guassian Blur to the guy's layer. I can clearly notice that you cropped it out from some pic :). Try to make that guy a part of the bck pic. Use some layer style for the font to highlight it. The blue background is good if you made it :P.
