would i take better rate if ads only in index?

if i got board and the ads only in the index not the topic pages would that have better rate??

Anything that makes your site look nicer and more trustworthy will obviously improve your rating, you should do it and ask for a re-rate and then see what they say. If they say no you can always submit better submissions and keep improving your site and try again another time. :P

thanks man for your reply but i don't look for rerate it's first time submission so i'm doing my best to make it higher rate

I think you will find as a new Katz site you start off from 1 star and then work up to get a higher rating.
