In light of some recent events, we've decided to restrict shoutbox access to members of the forum with low post counts. In order to see the shoutbox, you need at least 30 non-spam posts.
Once you receive 30 posts the system will automatically update your user level and put you in the proper group which can see the shoutbox. This update occurs once every hour, so while updating can generally happen fairly quickly, its also possible it can take an entire hour.
When you have access to the shoutbox, please do not do any of the following:
Request in the shoutbox - its not for requesting anything.
Post forum topics to gain topic attention.
spam the shoutbox
advertise in the shoutbox
doing any of the following could earn your shoutbox privileges suspended.
