Blacklisted?

I would like to tell the katz staff that my site "amaderkotha.org" got blacklisted in the katz network a few days back. I am very upset about it. The reason that was provided wasnt right. That day I did not submit any downloads with Capital Letters. It must have been someone else. You guys can check the IP if you want.
I know all the rules of katz ddl and I always try to maintain them. I sent a mail to the katzstaff, and I am waiting for a hopeful reply from you guys.
