High school student and gang member Tsubaki Sadamitsu is constantly primed for a fight. After witnessing a strange creature fighting a robot, ripping it to shreds and leaving nothing but the robot's head, Sadamitsu learns that the creature is a Rukeitai, one of a group of escaped convicts intent on world domination. But when he puts the head of the robot on his own, he is transformed into a force with the power to fight the Rukeitai.
