Had trouble installing this, its not english and even after install there is no start menue entry, or anything in C:. Anyone had any joy with this one

Can anybody help me with install ? i was trying to install it with daemon tools but gps.mds seems to be bad ... anybody please help me ... how should i install it ?

Argh .. last part should have 92125 kb and when i download it it has 89966 ... anybody help me please ...
