This is My first Stripped down Version of Vista
Only Removed the stuff which was REALLY Unnecessary for a Normal Windows User.
I've tried it myself on my own 2 PCs and haven't had any issues.
If this goes successful i'll squeeze the 64Bit version too...

You can either Burn the ISO to a DVD or follow the steps below and make a Bootable USB and Install from there
How to Make a Bootable USB
Use the below Method on Your own Risk
I'm not responsible if you screw up!
First of All You need a USB with Capacity of 2 GB or More.
Run CMD.EXE and type the following. Note: This set of commands assumes that the USB flash drive is addressed as "disk 1". you
should double check that by doing a list of the disks (type "list disk") before cleaning it. If you have multiple hard drives, like
an SDFlash drive or a Multibay drive, you could end up wiping your second drive using this command.
1. diskpart
2. select disk 1
3. clean
4. create partition primary
5. select partition 1
6. active
7. format fs=fat32
8. assign
9. exit
Then extract the ISO Using WinRAR and copy paste all the files on the flash drive.
Change your BiOS settings to allow USB Boot and then plug it in.
After the setup reboots the computer unplug the usb atonce, or it will start booting from USB again.
and at that stage you might feel like its stuck but its not just takes sometime be patient.
