Go to:

http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?gwntnltemkm

Click "Click here to download.."
Open it, not save it, and double-click the Setup application, named more specifically, Setup.exe
Complete the installation application and it is successfully installed to your computer
To make it your default player for FLV files, right-click an FLV file, select "Properties", and click "Change" next to the "Opens with.." section.
Browse your files until you find the Sothink FLV Player. Select it, then close the Properties window. All FLV files will now defaultly open with this FLV player.
