Is there any instruction for the levels 3 and 4 files?
Since this program uses customized subliminal affirmations, do these files have any of those embedded? If so, what are they?

Also, Centerpointe says that when these files are compressed into Mp3 format, they lose some of the unusual sounds which are "sheared off" in the compression. They recommend .wav format (most versatile) also .flac and .aiff. Any possibility of re-doing the files in .wav format? If they are too big, you could always compress with .rar or .zip.

Hi all,
I've been using the Centerpointe Holosync Awakening series meditation for over one year now.
I had purchased the genuine versions of Awakening Prologue and Awakening level 1.
I've only just started to use the torrent download versions which was Awakening level 2.

Please note the following which comes of the Centerpointe web site.

"You can copy your Holosync/Autofonix soundtracks to your iPod or other media device using the following audio file formats without losing effectiveness:

• WAV
• AIFF
• FLAC
• APE (Monkey's Audio)
• SHN

Note that the above list includes commonly used loss less or uncompressed file formats. Your media player may support other formats not listed."


When I first started using the torrent downloads I was using the following formats.
M4P
MP3
AAC
Notice that these formats are not in the Centerpoint list of formats.
However I thought they were working just fine.
After reviewing the above formats by centerpointe I decided to use the WAV format as I found that for me the Apple ipod NANO was the way to go and the NANO accepts the WAV format


I downloaded Awakening level 2 again in the FLAC format then converted the FLAC to WAV using a converter from the web.
WHAT A DIFFERENCE.
It was like night and day the difference between MP3 and WAV.
The Wav format has more depth than the MP3 or ACC.
Look at the size of the files below.

The size of the MP3 on any sound track is 35,000 KB (30 min )
The size of the AAC on any sound track is 194,000 KB (30 min )
The size of the WAV on any sound track is 310,000 KB (30 min )

This is why Centerpointe recommends WAV as a format. 35,000 KB compaired to 310.000 KB there has got to be a difference.



It takes 4 years to complete the entire series in full.
It takes around 1 1/2 years to complete the Awakening levels 1 2 3 4.
It takes one hour per day to meet this time frame.
If your going to put in that kind of commintment you may as well get the full benift.
In conclusion I recommend to only download these Holosync programs in FLAC and then convert to one of the following depending on which player will support which format.

• WAV
• AIFF
• FLAC
• APE (Monkey's Audio)
• SHN

With these file formats you will recive the full benifits.
