Original Coding / Idea By polaking

Version 1.2 Changelog includes:
1) Reduced Sizes Of Files Now Under 250mb
2) Installer Fixed (false detections?)
3) Dedicated Server Now Working Properly

Halo CE is Halo custom edition. Unless you want it portable, this is a free download from Microsoft/Bungie if you have Halo PC already installed. It's basically Halo made for modders, and only modded maps are found on the server list and you can only play that map if you have the map downloaded. (http://hce.halomaps.org/)
